Note: Because we offer convenient month-to-month contracts, there are no refunds for partial months used without a 15 day notice to vacate and the return of your issued key. We will happily refund a prorated amount with a 15 day notice. There is a $90 re-key fee if an issued key/keys are not returned upon vacating a unit.
